A song thrush makes use of an otter spraint site!

A stone placed at an otter spraint site (to encourage the otters to pause in front of the camera trap) has proved useful as an anvil for the local song trush. My family came up with a delightful term for such a rock - an "otterpoonity".

The thrush appears to be wiping the slime off the small slug before devouring it.
